I checked with Microsoft and they don't have it either. I've checked the downloads available for my model (SP315-51-37E7) on Acer's website and no touchscreen driver is listed. Windows 10 has been completely updated, I've restarted, and it's still not there. I did a clean installation of Windows 10, that didn't work either.
